Nectarine is a kind of fruit with strong cold sensitivity. In this study, Shuguang nectarine flesh was used in exploring the difference in transcription level before and after low-temperature stress during storage and the cold resistance mechanism of nectarine from the genetic perspective. Relevant gene information on the specific response of nectarine to low temperature was explored as well.
